Atmosphere and Views
Toledo features a large dining room with a distinctive ceiling equipped with changing lighting effects throughout the evening. The space maintains a medium noise level – conversation at your table is comfortable despite the room’s size. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of the resort and surrounding areas, though direct views are limited to window seating.
Dahlia Lounge offers superior views from its outdoor terrace, with clear sightlines to Epcot (including fireworks), Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The open-air space provides a unique rooftop experience at Walt Disney World.
The ambiance at both venues is upscale and sophisticated, creating an adult-oriented atmosphere.

Food Quality and Standout Dishes
Pinxtos Flight
The standout within the pinxtos was the Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon—fresh, bright, and expertly prepared.
Marinated Grilled Lamb Loin ($35)
The lamb was exceptionally tender and notably mild in flavor. Unlike typical lamb preparations, this dish lacks any gamey taste, making it approachable even for diners who typically avoid lamb. The flavor profile resembles a beef filet more than traditional lamb, achieved through careful marination and preparation.
Additional Dishes
The Spaniard for Two ($38) provided a substantial shared plate for the table.
Service Experience
Service was excellent throughout the meal. Pacing between courses allowed adequate time to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. Staff demonstrated knowledge of the menu and Spanish cuisine, enhancing the overall experience.

What Makes Toledo Unique at Disney World
Toledo stands out among Disney World restaurants for several reasons:
Rooftop Location: One of the few true rooftop dining experiences at Walt Disney World, offering views typically unavailable at Disney restaurants.

Spanish Cuisine Focus: The only Disney-operated restaurant specializing in authentic Spanish tapas and cuisine.
Michelin Guide Recognition: The Michelin Guide recommendation indicates quality standards verified by professional restaurant critics.
Adult Atmosphere: Unlike most Disney dining, Toledo caters specifically to adults seeking sophisticated dining without family-focused theming. Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort leans more adult overall due to it being a convention resort.
