Lift-Offs: Start Your Space 220 Restaurant Menu Experience with New Appetizers

The revamped Space 220 restaurant menu features two new appetizers that are sure to become fan favorites.

  • Neptuna Tartare: This updated dish combines Bluefin tuna with a wasabi-avocado blend, pineapple, and mango panipuri. It’s a refreshing, flavorful start to your meal, replacing the previous recipe with a more vibrant and tropical twist.
  • Grow Zone Sprouts Salad: A perfect blend of roasted Brussels sprouts, frisee, whipped ricotta, pickled onion, orange segments, pumpkin seeds, and a maple-dijon vinaigrette. This salad offers a satisfying crunch and a sweet, tangy finish, replacing the Big Bang Burrata on the menu.
